Environmentally Friendly Termite Treatment
If you have termites there is not a need for a drastic or highly toxic and dangerous treatment to you, your family or even the surrounding environment.
For active termite issues we use a very low-toxicity product called Altriset. There is no purely organic pest control method legally registered for professional termite control, but this is an extremely safe product.
For Altriset, the Environmental Protection Agency does not even require a signal word, which are the words placed on products to warn of risks. These are the “caution”, “warning” or “danger” labels seen on both consumer and professional products. In fact, it is so low in toxicity that technicians are not required to wear specialized safety equipment during the course of application. Another benefit is that it specifically targets termites and has very little impact on beneficial organisms such as earthworms or honey bees.
